About us

Godolphin has racehorses who are trained in Australia, America, Dubai, Japan, France, Ireland and the UK.

They learn to run and keep fit at private stables owned by Godolphin, where James Cummings, Saeed bin Suroor and Charlie Appleby and their teams train and look after them.

Godolphin was established in Australia in August 2014 and has three racing centres: Crown Lodge and Osborne Park on the outskirts of Sydney, NSW, and Carbine Lodge at Flemington racecourse in Melbourne, Victoria.

Godolphin organises visits for schools and various other groups to come to the stud and stables and see how it all works. A visit means you can have a look behind the scenes and have the chance to see some of the famous racehorses who are now stallions and meet some of the foals.
